Steady HR leadership
in moments of change.
When a company is growing, shifting, or dealing with something complex, the people side of the business can get messy quickly.
That’s where I come in.
This is practical, experienced work. The kind that helps you move forward without overcomplicating it.
How I support companies
I work with companies that are growing, changing, or trying to get unstuck.
Sometimes something isn’t working. Other times, things are going well but need more structure to support what’s next. Either way, when teams are going through change, roles, decisions, or expectations don’t always keep up, and that’s where I tend to come in.
I bring structure where things feel unclear and help you make better decisions when it comes to your people.
Fractional HR Leadership
Steady, experienced HR leadership when you need it, without the cost or commitment of a full-time role.
I’ve stepped into teams without dedicated HR support, where the function needed to be built or rebuilt, and also into teams that were already in place but needed additional structure or experienced support. The focus is always on putting the right foundation in place so the people side of the business can work the way it needs to.
Strategic HR Advisory
Practical guidance on structure, performance, employee relations, and people decisons during key moments.
These moments tend to come up when a sounding board is needed, expectations aren’t as clear as they need to be, or someone is dealing with a situation they haven’t had to navigate before.
Leadership and Organizational Support
Helping leaders work through change, support their teams well, and move forward with confidence.
This might look like working through a team dynamic that isn’t quite working or helping a leader navigate a situation they haven’t had to handle before.
When to bring me in matters most
I’m often brought in when there is a real people issue to solve, but the path forward isn’t yet clear yet.
You might be seeing things like:
- roles, responsibilities, or decision-making aren’t as clear as they need to be
- employee relations issues are becoming more complex or more frequent
- compensation, leveling, or roles just don’t quite line up anymore
- change is underway, but communication, trust, or follow-through are starting to break down
- something feels off within a team, but it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what
If something feels off, stuck, or more complicated than it should, that’s usually the right time to bring in someone with experience.
I’d be glad to talk. No pressure, just a conversation. Please reach out.
