Everyone Needs a Confidant.

Even HR.

The people who spend their careers supporting others deserve support, too.

Introduction

Most HR professionals spend their days helping others navigate difficult conversations, employee relations, organizational change, investigations, and countless other workplace challenges.

We’re expected to listen objectively, protect confidentiality, coach leaders, support employees, and help organizations move forward.

But when we’re the ones facing a difficult situation, who do we call?

For many HR professionals, the answer is no one.

I’ve been there.

I’ve served an HR department of one and an executive leader. I’ve experienced both the privilege and the weight of the role. Sometimes what you need isn’t someone to solve the problem. You simply need another experienced HR professional who understands your world and can help you think things through.

Who It’s For

This service is for anyone responsible for people decisions, including:

HR Coordinators

HR Generalists

HR and Directors

CHROs and HR Executives

Office Managers

Controllers or Finance professionals with HR responsibilities

Small business owners

Anyone who unexpectedly became “the HR person”

You don’t have to have “HR” in your title to benefit from an experienced HR perspective.

What Can We Talk About

  • A difficult employee conversation.
  • An investigation that needs another perspective.
  • An employee relations issue.
  • A leadership decision that’s keeping you awake.
  • A request that doesn’t feel quite right.
  • The unique challenges that comes with being “the HR person”.

Or maybe you just need to say,

“Can I run something by you?”

What You Can Expect

When we talk, you can expect:

  • A confidential conversation.
  • A trusted sounding board.
  • A second perspective.
  • Practical guidance from someone who understands.
  • A place to think out loud without judgment.

What This Isn’t

This isn’t:

  • Therapy or counseling.
  • Legal advice.
  • A substitute for employment counsel.
  • Someone making decisions for you.

My role is to help you think clearly, explore your options, and move forward with confidence.

Let’s Start a Conversation

Whether you need one conversation or an ongoing trusted resource, I’d be happy to talk.

No pressure.

Just a conversation.

Why This Matters to Me

I’ve wanted to create this kind of support for years.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat itself. HR professionals are expected to guide others through difficult conversations, employee relations issues, organizational change, and some of the hardest decisions an organization will face.

Yet when we’re the ones carrying those responsibilities, we rarely have someone to turn to.

I’ve needed that person.

I’ve also been fortunate to be that person for others.

Sometimes all it takes is another experienced HR professional who understands the role, respects confidentiality, asks the right questions, and gives you the space to think out loud.

We rarely have someone to turn to. I’ve long believed HR professionals deserve that same support in return. I’m proud to now offer a place where they can find it.

Everyone Needs a Confidant.

Even HR.

I’d be honored to be yours.
