About Elemental Transitions
Elemental Transitions is an HR-rooted, people-centered practice for times of change — supporting individuals and organizations when things are shifting, the stakes feel real, and what’s next isn’t fully clear yet.
My work is grounded in senior HR practice: leadership advising, employee relations, organizational change, and people strategy. I’m here for the moments when roles evolve, systems strain, decisions get heavy, and the “human side” of change becomes the whole thing.
I partner with organizations on practical HR work, including:
- building and refining compensation philosophy and salary structures
- job architecture and leveling
- manager coaching and leader advising
- navigating complex employee relations and performance situations
- shaping people processes that are clear, humane, and legally and operationally sound
Much of this work happens in global contexts, where decisions made in one place ripple across regions, labor frameworks differ, and cultural nuance matters as much as policy.
I also work with HR leaders directly — the people expected to hold everyone else steady while they’re navigating change, too. Sometimes that looks like decision support and coaching; sometimes it looks like rolling up sleeves together on the work itself.
